Terms and Conditions - Craig’s Easter Colouring Competition

1. Eligibility:

   • This competition is open to children under the age of 15. There are two age categories: Under 10 years old and 10-15 years old.

   • Entrants must reside in Australia to participate.

   • Employees and their immediate families of Craig’s Bakehouse & Café are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

   • Participants must pick up a colouring sheet from Craig’s Bakehouse & Café, located at 120 Smith Street, Naracoorte, or download the sheet from the Craig’s Bakehouse website.

   • Completed entries must be brought to Craig’s Bakehouse & Café by Thursday, 17 April 2025.

   • Entrants may also increase their chances of winning by sharing a photo of their coloured entry on social media and tagging @craigsbakehouse.

3. Competition Period:

   • Entries will be accepted from the launch of the competition until Thursday, 17 April 2025.

   • Winners will be announced on Craig’s Bakehouse Facebook page on Friday, 19 April 2025.

4. Prizes:

   • There will be four winners: two winners will be selected from in-store entries and two winners will be selected from online entries.

   • There are two age categories for each entry type: Under 10 years old and 10-15 years old.

   • The prizes consist of a $50 gift voucher from Craig’s Bakehouse & Café.

   • If an interstate winner is chosen, they may opt to receive the gift voucher instead of the physical prize.

5. Winner Selection:

   • The winners will be determined based on their creative efforts.

   • In the event of a tie, the first correctly posted entry (in-store or online) will be selected as the winner.

6. Notification of Winners:

   • Winners will be notified by Facebook and announced on the Craig’s Bakehouse Facebook page on Friday, 19 April 2025.

   • Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. If a winner does not claim their prize within the given time, an alternative winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions:

   • By entering this competition, you grant Craig’s Bakehouse & Café the right to use your entry for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertising materials.

   • Craig’s Bakehouse & Café reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time for any reason.

   • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

8. Privacy:

   • All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and in accordance with Craig’s Bakehouse & Café’s privacy policy.

9. Liability:

   • Craig’s Bakehouse & Café will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by the competition or the prize.

   • Participants agree to release Craig’s Bakehouse & Café from any liability relating to the competition or any injury or damage that may result from their participation.
