However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Subscriptions
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred. Payments

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Craig's Bakehouse offers national shipping within Australia, ensuring that our delicious products reach customers nationwide. We use Australia Post for most deliveries, providing reliable and timely service. Depending on your location and preferences, additional shipping options such as courier services may be available at checkout. Shipping costs will be added to the final purchase total and will be clearly displayed before completing your order. Deliveries can take up to 5-7 business days depending on your location.

For frozen goods, we take great care in packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. This includes using insulated packaging and ice packs where necessary. However, please note that once the goods leave our facility, Craig's Bakehouse and Coffee Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any loss of product integrity due to factors beyond our control, such as transit delays. We recommend being available to receive your shipment promptly to ensure the best quality of our products upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, our customer support team is here to assist you.. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 5 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
Product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or not fit for its intended purpose..
Returns
Returns cannot be made due to the perishable nature of our bakery goods.

However, to the extent permitted by law, Craig's Bakehouse, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the consumption of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.We take all reasonable precautions to ensure our products are safe for consumption, but it is the customer's responsibility to check ingredients and allergens listed on our website and packaging.
